What are Internal Notes?

Internal Notes allow you to jot down important points, reminders, or questions while reviewing a contract. These notes are:

  • Specific to each contract review
  • Not visible in the final report
  • Automatically saved as you type




How do I access and use Internal Notes?

To use the Internal Notes feature:

  1. Open a contract for review.
  2. Look for the "Show notes" button underneath the PDF display on the Contract Review Page.
  3. Click "Show notes" to open the notes panel.
  4. Type your notes directly into the panel.
  5. Your notes will save automatically as you type.
  6. To hide the panel, click "Hide notes".

Tip: You can quickly toggle the notes panel using the keyboard shortcut "n".


How do I copy my notes?

To copy your notes:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the notes panel.
  2. Click the "Copy notes" button.
  3. Your notes are now on your clipboard, ready to be pasted elsewhere.

What else should I know about Internal Notes?

  • Internal Notes are not available on mobile devices. The notes panel will be hidden when using Curia on a mobile browser.
  • These notes are for internal use only and will not appear in the final report.
  • All users with access to the contract can view and edit the notes.
