Billing usage report

The billing usage report provides account owners with a comprehensive breakdown of billable activities on their account, helping with reconciliation and disbursement charge calculations.


Who can access this report

The usage report is only available to account owners.


Accessing the report

To generate a usage report:

  • Navigate to the Admin section
  • Select "Usage" from the menu
  • The page displays a breakdown of billed usage on your account


Configuring the report

Date range selection

Use the date range selector at the top of the page to choose your reporting period. The report will include all billable events that occurred within the selected dates.


Timezone selection

Important: Curia Contract Review bills in UTC timezone. For usage that occurs near month boundaries, selecting the correct timezone is critical for accurate billing reconciliation.

The report includes a timezone dropdown to help you view events in your local timezone or UTC. When reconciling with invoices, make sure you're viewing the report in UTC to match billing records.


Report contents

The usage report displays the following information for each billable event:

  • Date: When the billable event occurred
  • Type: The type of billable activity
  • Address: The property address associated with the contract
  • Purchaser: Name(s) of the purchaser(s) on the contract
  • User: The user who performed the billable action

Viewing contract details

Click on any row in the report to open the associated contract in a new tab for detailed review.


Exporting the report

To export the usage report:

  • Choose your desired date range and timezone
  • Click the export button in the report header
