Finding and filtering Reviews

Review provides a structured approach to manage and navigate review documents within your organisation's account.

How do I view different Review tabs?

Review categorises documents into multiple tabs for ease of access:
  1. Pending reviews: Lists documents assigned to you that are either still processing or ready for review.
  2. Complete reviews: Shows documents that have been reviewed and marked as complete.
  3. All reviews: Displays all documents within your organisation, irrespective of their status or assignment.

How do I sort and filter Reviews?

The results within each tab can be organised:
  1. Sorting: Click on any header row within the table to toggle between ascending and descending order, organising the results based on your preference.
  2. Search Field: Utilise the search field to look for a Review by address, filename, or title reference. This search will filter the results within your current tab view.

What actions can I take from the table?

Each row in the table includes a dropdown menu with several options:
  1. Open: Access the Review for detailed viewing or action.
  2. Download Original: Allows you to download the original PDF document associated with the Review.
  3. Assign to User: Enables the reassignment of the Review to another user within your account.
  4. Mark as Ready/Complete: Change the status of the Review to either ready for review or complete, depending on its current state.
