How reviews are saved

How reviews are saved

Curia Contract Review automatically saves your work to ensure you never lose progress on your review.

Automatic saving while you work

Your review is automatically saved every 30 seconds while you're working. This happens quietly in the background without any notifications or interruptions, ensuring your changes are continuously preserved as you review the contract.

Saving when you leave a review

When you navigate away from a review page, your work is automatically saved. This includes:

  • Clicking the back button in your browser
  • Navigating to another page of Curia
  • Clicking on menu items or returning to your Reviews list

Once you've navigated away from the review page, you can safely close your browser tab or window.

Manual saving on the Finalise tab

The Finalise tab provides additional saving options:

  • Status changes: When changing the review status between "Pending" and "Complete", click the "Save" button to update the status
  • Downloading reports: When you download a PDF or Word document report, your review is automatically saved first to ensure the report contains all your latest changes

Best practices

Important: Always navigate away from the review page before closing your browser tab. This ensures your final changes are saved.

To ensure your work is always saved:

  • Exit reviews properly by navigating to another page (such as the reviews list)
  • Don't close your browser tab while still viewing the review
  • If you need to close your browser, first click the back button or navigate to another section

Following these simple practices ensures your review work is always preserved and you can pick up exactly where you left off.
