Review data can be reset to allow you to start the review process from scratch.
What does resetting review data do?
Resetting review data:
- Removes all manually entered information.
- Reverts the document to its initial state.
- Includes removal of extracted data and initial 'Ria' recommendations.
How do I reset review data?
To reset review data:
- Navigate to the document you wish to reset.
- Open the 'Finalise' tab.
- Click the 'Reset Review Data' button in the 'Change Status' section.
- Confirm the reset action in the popup window that appears.
What should I know before resetting review data?
Before resetting review data, be aware that:
- Manual data cannot be restored after a reset.
- Resetting is irreversible.
- You must confirm the reset via a popup window.
Can I reset data for completed reviews?
- Data cannot be reset directly on a completed review. See Review workflow
- To reset a completed review:
- Mark the review as incomplete.
- Then proceed with the reset process.
Are there any limitations to resetting review data?
Limitations of resetting review data include:
- Once reset, previous manual entries cannot be recovered.
- Resetting does not affect the original document, only the manual review data.
- A log of reset actions is not kept.
