Review workflow
In Review, documents move through several states from upload to completion. Understanding these states helps in tracking the progress of document analysis and review within the platform.
States of Review
- Processing: This state indicates that the document has been successfully uploaded to Review and is currently being analysed by the platform's AI and ML technologies.
- Ready: Once the analysis is complete, the document enters the 'Ready' state. This signifies that the review process can be initiated by a user.
- Complete: A document is marked as 'Complete' when a user finalises the review. This can occur either by the user manually marking the review complete or automatically when the review report is downloaded.
Can I start a review before processing is complete?
It is possible to start the review manually even if the document is still in the 'Processing' state.
Opting to start the review early may prevent the automatic extraction of certain fields that could have been populated during the processing phase.
