Configuring review fields

Turn fields on or off for the whole account, change their labels, and choose which fields are required before a review can be finalised.

Every Curia account starts with a default set of review fields. Settings > Fields lets you change which of those fields appear in your reviews, what they are called, and which ones are required.

These changes apply to every review on the account going forward. Reviews already in progress pick up the changes the next time they are opened.

Finding the page

Open Settings > Fields from the sidebar. The page lists every field grouped by the tab it lives on inside a review (Client, Parties, Exchange, Particulars, and so on).

What you can change on a field

For each field, three controls are available.

  • Visible - whether the field appears on a review at all. A hidden field is not asked for and is omitted from the report.
  • Required - whether the field has to have a value before the review can be finalised. A required field that is empty shows up in the validation list on the Finalise tab.
  • Label - the wording shown next to the input on a review and in the report. Changing the label here changes it everywhere; the underlying field is unchanged.

State scope

If your account has more than one active state, each state has its own set of fields. The page shows the fields for the state currently selected in the header. Switch states to configure the other one. See Active states.
