Ria Findings
How Ria's suggestions appear on review fields and how to review or override them.
Ria reads the contract during processing and proposes values for specific review fields. How those suggestions appear differs by state.

Recognising a Ria Finding
A Ria Finding is a suggested value for a single review field. When Ria has a high-confidence suggestion, the field’s normal input is replaced with the finding card so you can take it in at a glance.
A Ria Finding sits in a light blue box, headed with a sparkles icon and the label Review Ria Finding. Findings appear on fields throughout the review - most often on Particulars and Special Conditions.
What’s in a finding
- The suggested value, displayed prominently.
- A reason - Ria’s short explanation of why it suggested this value, when one is available.
- A location - the page in the contract PDF and the reference (for example a clause number), when Ria identified them.
- A Jump to page link that opens the source page in the contract viewer.
Acting on a finding
Two buttons:
- Agree - use Ria’s suggested value. The field is filled with the value, page, and reference. The finding card is replaced by the normal field input, so you can still edit if you want.
- Modify - set the value yourself. The finding card goes away. The field stays empty for you to fill in.
Either choice is recorded on the review. A finding you’ve already acted on doesn’t show up again unless you reset the review data on the Finalise tab.

Automatic field resolution
On VIC reviews, Ria resolves a small set of fields directly during processing rather than as a finding to accept:
- Date for Completion on the Exchange tab.
- Contract Rescission Date on the Exchange tab.
- Purchaser liable for GST and Purchase price is GST inclusive on the Particulars tab.
The resolved value, the page in the contract PDF, and a reasoning note explaining Ria’s choice are written straight into the field. To override, edit the field directly as you would any other extracted value.
