Opting out of Curia Pulse

How to stop your firm contributing to the Curia Pulse network figures from General settings, what changes when you do, and how to opt back in.

Your firm’s reviews contribute to the Pulse network figures. An admin can opt your firm out from General settings.

Opting out

  1. Go to Settings > General.
  2. Under Curia Pulse, set Network figures to Exclude my firm and remove Pulse access.
  3. Click Save.

What changes

  • Your firm no longer contributes to any network figure, including past months. It can take up to 24 hours for the figures to update.
  • Your firm can no longer view Pulse. The Pulse page shows Your firm has opted out of Curia Pulse with an Opt back in button.

Opting back in

Click Opt back in on the Pulse page, or go to Settings > General. Set Network figures to Include my firm and enable Pulse and click Save.

Your firm contributes to the network figures again, including past months. It can take up to 24 hours for the figures to update.

Why don’t I see the Curia Pulse setting?

The setting appears only for firms with Pulse enabled.
