Changing a review's matter

Link, change or unlink the matter a review belongs to, from the Reviews page, a matter's Reviews tab, or the review itself.

A review belongs to a matter. You set this when you upload the contract, and you can change it at any time afterwards. See Linking reviews to matters for the upload step.

Finding a review’s matter

On the Reviews page, the Matter column shows the matter each review is linked to. Click the matter name to open it. A review with no matter shows a dash.

The Unlinked reviews tab lists every review that isn’t linked to a matter yet.

Linking, changing or unlinking

Open the action menu on a review’s row, or the menu icon in the review’s own header. The options depend on whether it’s already linked:

  • Link to matter - for a review with no matter.
  • Change matter - move the review to a different matter.
  • Unlink from matter - remove the link.

Link to matter and Change matter open a search. Type a client name, matter number or description, then select a matter and confirm.

With an integration connected, the search runs against your CRM, so you can link a matter that isn’t in Curia yet, and Curia brings it in when you confirm. Without an integration, the search covers your active Curia matters.

Unlink from matter asks you to confirm. Unlinking removes the link only, the review and the matter are both kept.

The same actions are available on a matter’s Reviews tab, so you can manage a matter’s reviews from there too.

FAQ
