Understanding review states
States of Review
- Processing: This state indicates that the document has been successfully uploaded to Curia and is currently being analysed by Curia's AI and ML technologies.
- Ready: Once the analysis is complete, the document enters the 'Ready' state. This signifies that the review process can be initiated by a user.
- Complete: A document is marked as 'Complete' when a user finalises the review. This can occur either by the user manually marking the review complete or automatically when the review report is downloaded.
Can I start a review before processing is complete?
It is possible to start the review manually even if the document is still in the 'Processing' state. This will effectively stop the processing and no new extracted data will populate. We recommend waiting when possible.
