Using the Swimming Pool fields
How pool information is populated
During document processing, Curia identifies pool compliance and non-compliance certificates in the contract and prepopulates the Swimming Pool tab with extracted details. Each detected certificate is added as a separate pool entry with its fields filled from the certificate data.
If no compliance or non-compliance certificates are found but a registration certificate is detected, a pool entry is created with a status of Registered. If no certificates are found but a pool is mentioned on the contract front page, a pool entry is created with a status of Unknown.
You can review and edit the prepopulated data, add new pool entries manually, or remove entries that are not required.
Adding pool entries
The Swimming Pool tab displays all recorded pools.
To add a pool entry manually:
- Navigate to the Swimming Pool tab.
- Click Add pool to create a new pool entry.
- Complete the fields for the pool.
You can add multiple pool entries for a single property by repeating these steps.
Pool fields
Each pool entry contains the following fields:
- Pool compliance - the compliance status of the pool: Compliant, Non Compliant, Registered, or Unknown
- Certificate expiry date - the date the pool certificate expires (shown when compliance status is Compliant or Non Compliant)
- Date of inspection - the date the pool inspection was conducted (shown when compliance status is Non Compliant)
- Significant risk to public safety - whether the pool poses a significant risk (shown when compliance status is Non Compliant)
- Areas of non-compliance - specific areas where the pool does not comply with regulations (shown when compliance status is Non Compliant)
Removing pool entries
To remove a pool entry, click the delete button on the entry you want to remove.
Report output
Each pool entry appears in its own sub-section of the report under Swimming Pool.
Preflight
The preflight check lists each individual pool that has been detected. Each pool displays its certificate status:
- "Compliance certificate provided" - pool has a compliance certificate (pass)
- "Non-compliance certificate provided" - pool has a non-compliance certificate (pass)
- "No compliance or non-compliance certificate provided" - no certificate available (warning)
The overall pool section passes when every pool has a compliance or non-compliance certificate.
Recommendations
Recommendations are triggered automatically based on the pool compliance status:
- Non Compliant - requests a copy of the pool non-compliance report to determine what works must be carried out
- Registered - requests a copy of the pool compliance certificate in addition to the included registration certificate
- Unknown - notes that there appears to be a pool at the property and requests a copy of the pool compliance certificate
Recommendations will only be triggered if they are Active in your Recommendation Library.
