Review field types

The input types you'll see across the review tabs, what to type or click in each, and a real example of where each one appears.

Text

Single-line text entry for short values.

  • Example: Vendor’s agency.

Number

Numeric entry. Type the value or use the arrows to step it up and down.

  • Example: Lot entitlement.

Currency

Numeric entry rendered with a $ prefix for amounts.

  • Example: Weekly rent.

Date

Click the field to open the calendar picker, or type the date directly.

  • Example: Date for completion.

Click to open the list, then click an option. Most dropdowns require a selection.

  • Example: Plan type.

Toggle buttons

Click one of the options to select it. Most toggles are Yes/No, some have a third option such as Unknown.

  • Example: Subject to tenancies.

Text area

Multi-line text entry for longer content. Press Enter for a new line. Some can be resized by dragging the bottom-right corner.

  • Example: Special condition text.

Tag list

Type a value and press Enter to add it as a tag. Add as many tags as you need. Click the X on a tag to remove it.

  • Example: Vendor’s name, inclusions.

Repeater

Some sections hold a list of items, each with its own set of fields. Use the section’s add button (for example “Add another title” or “Add tenancy information”) to create a new entry, and the bin icon to remove one.

  • Example: Titles, tenancies, pools.

Required fields

A required field that you leave empty shows a validation message once you click out of it. Fill the field and the message clears.
