Help centre basics
How the help centre is organised and the Curia terms you'll see across articles.
This help centre is organised by feature. Use the sidebar to browse topics, the search box to jump straight to an article, and the state switcher in the header to change which state’s content you see.
State-specific content
Articles that cover both NSW and VIC separate the parts that differ into the boxes below. The state switcher controls which one is open by default. Change it any time from the header.
NSW NSW: details specific to New South Wales reviews
In NSW, Curia checks the contract against the title search for each title on the property. Vendors, address, lot/plan and Volume/Folio all flow from the title search into the Match checks.
VIC VIC: details specific to Victoria reviews
In VIC, Curia checks the contract against the Register Search Statement for each title. Match checks use Volume/Folio as the canonical reference and read registered proprietors from the Register Search Statement.
