The Particulars tab
The Particulars tab records the property's physical and contractual particulars, the land tax and GST position, and any conditions the contract is subject to.
The Particulars tab is where you capture what is being sold, the deposit and settlement mechanics, the land tax and GST position, and any conditions on the sale. The field set differs by state.
Occupancy status
Whether the property is Vacant possession or Subject to tenancies. Selecting Subject to tenancies opens the Tenancy tab for the lease details - see The Tenancy tab.
Where the status is Subject to tenancies and no tenancy agreement sits in the list on the Tenancy tab, a Tenancy agreements missing warning appears above the dropdown.

Ria works out the land tax position and records it on Purchaser land tax liability, with a Ria Finding giving her reasoning. Where the liability is conditional, a further field captures the condition it depends on.

Two further land tax fields carry a finding of their own. Purchaser surcharge land tax liability records whether the purchaser is liable for the foreign-buyer land tax surcharge, and one more records whether standard term 14.4.2 has been modified, deleted or overridden to change the default land tax calculation.
GST
Ria works out the GST position and records it on Purchaser GST liability, with a Ria Finding giving her reasoning. Purchase price GST, whether the price is GST-inclusive or exclusive, carries one too.
Possible GST recovery is read-only and follows from the liability you set.
