Library

The Library holds reusable content - clauses, dealings, and recommendations - that Curia applies across every review in the account.

The Library is a single account-wide page under Settings > Library. Anything you put in the Library is available to every review run by every user in the account.

What’s in the Library

The page has tabs for each kind of content:

  • Clauses - special-conditions content for NSW. Active clauses are matched against the special conditions in an NSW contract during processing and pre-fill the review with the clause’s report title, content, comment, risk, and recommendation. See Managing clauses.
  • VIC Clauses - clause categories for VIC reviews. Labelled VIC Clauses in accounts that operate in both states and Clauses in VIC-only accounts. See Managing clause categories (VIC).
  • Dealings - encumbrances such as easements, covenants, and caveats. Configure default visibility, report title, and per-property-type report content. See Managing dealings.
  • Recommendations - standard amendment text for the vendor’s solicitor and a client-friendly explanation. Active recommendations are auto-applied when a relevant field value is detected. See Managing recommendations.

A State filter at the top of the page narrows the table to NSW or VIC content if the account operates in both.

Who can manage the Library

Admin users and account owners.

FAQ

Is the Library shared with the rest of my team?

Yes. The Library is account-wide. Anything you add or change applies to every user’s reviews in the account.

Can I add content during a review?

Custom clauses and dealings created during a review can be saved back to the Library. See Adding content to library during review.

Do Library changes affect reviews that are already open?

No. Changes apply to new reviews only. Reviews already open keep the Library content they had at the time.
