Integrations overview
Connect Curia to your practice management platform from Settings > Integrations to bring contacts and matters into Curia without re-keying them.
Integrations live under Settings > Integrations. The page is restricted to Admins.

What’s available
- triConvey - brings your contacts and matters into Curia as you need them. See Connecting triConvey for the connection flow.
- Smokeball - brings your contacts and matters into Curia as you need them. See Connecting Smokeball for the connection flow.
Connecting
Click Connect on an integration card and follow the connection-specific instructions linked from the card. To manage or disconnect a connected integration later, click Manage on the same card to open the management page.
One practice management integration per account
Curia supports a single practice management integration at a time. If another one is already connected, the Connect button on every other practice management card is disabled, with the tooltip “Another CRM is already connected”. To switch, disconnect the current integration first.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting stops automatic syncing. Contacts and matters already in Curia stay; nothing is deleted. To use the integration again, reconnect from the same card.
