This article applies only to New South Wales reviews.

The Planning tab on an NSW review holds the planning information extracted from the s10.7 planning certificate bundled with the contract. Curia pre-fills the fields from the certificate; you confirm what was extracted and fill any gaps.

Planning Certificate date

The issue date of the planning certificate. Curia warns above this field if the date is more than 3 months old, since planning information can change frequently.

Local government area

The LGA the property sits in.

Planning Instruments & Development Control Plans

The LEPs, SEPPs, and DCPs that apply to the property.

Proposed Planning Instruments & Development Control Plans

Any proposed instruments or DCPs disclosed on the certificate.

Active zoning

The current zone the property is in under the applicable LEP.

Proposed zoning

Any proposed change of zone disclosed on the certificate.

Additional permitted uses

Any additional permitted uses recorded against the property.

Minimum lot size for a dwelling

The minimum lot size required for the erection of a dwelling.

Environmental & heritage protections

Environmental and heritage protections that apply to the property.

Contribution plans

Any contribution plans that apply.

Complying development

Whether complying development applies.

Exempt development

Whether exempt development applies.

Affected building notice

Whether the council is aware of an affected building notice.

Building product rectification order

Whether a building product rectification order applies to the property.

Notice of intention to make rectification order

Whether the council is aware of any outstanding notice of intention to make a rectification order.

Hazard risk restrictions

Any hazard risk restrictions disclosed on the certificate.

Planning policies/controls

Any planning policies or controls that apply.
