Password reset
Reset your Curia password from the sign-in screen using a code sent to your email, or change it from within the app if you are already signed in.
Reset your password from the sign-in screen
Use this if you cannot sign in.
- Go to https://app.curia.com.au.
- Enter your email address and continue.
- On the next screen, choose the forgot password option.
- Confirm that you want to reset your password. Curia emails you a verification code.
- Check your inbox. If you can’t see the code, check your spam or junk folder.
- Return to the sign-in screen, enter the code and set a new password.
Once the new password is saved, you are signed in.
If the code does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm the email address you entered is the one your Curia account uses.
- Request a new code from the same screen.
Change your password while signed in
If you are already signed in and just want to update your password, you do not need to use the reset flow.
- Click your profile button at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Manage account.
- Open the Security section.
From there you can change your password and manage other sign-in methods.
FAQ
Does the reset code expire?
Yes. If too much time passes, the code will no longer work. Request a new one from the same screen and try again.
Can someone else reset my password for me?
No. The reset code is sent to the email address on the account, so only the account holder can complete the reset.
