Analytics reports
Nine analytics reports on review activity, grouped into workload, counterparties and distribution.
The Reports section in the sidebar holds analytics on review activity across the account.
How the reports are grouped
The Reports landing page lists each report as a tile under one of three headings:
- Workload - User Workload, User Review Duration. See Workload reports.
- Counterparties - Solicitor Firm Frequency, Solicitor Frequency, Agency Frequency, Agent Frequency. See Counterparties reports.
- Distribution - Postcode Distribution, LGA Distribution, Title Type Distribution. See Distribution reports.
Click a tile to open the report.
Header controls
Every report opens with a control row at the top of the page.
- Date range - a dropdown of the usual date presets, plus Report start date and Report end date inputs for a custom window.
- Compare with - None, 1 Period, 2 Periods or 3 Periods. Each comparison period runs the same query for an earlier period of the same length and adds the result as parallel columns in the table.
- Timezone - Local timezone or Billing timezone (UTC).
- State - All states or one of your active states.
- Update - run the query with the current settings.
- Export CSV - download the current table as a CSV.
