Finding and filtering reviews

Find reviews by address, filename, or title reference, and switch between your work, your closed work, or the whole account.

The Reviews page lists every contract review in the account. The default view is the Pending reviews tab, showing reviews assigned to you that are still being processed or are open for work.

Tabs

  • Pending reviews - reviews assigned to you that are processing, ready, or in progress.
  • Closed reviews - reviews assigned to you that have been closed.
  • All reviews - every review in the account, regardless of who it is assigned to or what status it is in.

Search and sort

Type in the search bar at the top of the page to find reviews by Address, Filename, or Title Reference, then press enter. The search filters within the current tab.

Click any column header to sort by that column. Reviews are sorted by Submitted date by default, newest first.

Row actions

The action menu on each row offers:

  • Open - open the review.
  • Assign to user - reassign the review to another team member. See Reassign document to another user.
  • Download original - download the contract PDF that was uploaded.
  • Mark as ready or Mark as closed - flip the review’s status. Mark as ready shows on closed reviews; Mark as closed shows on the rest.

FAQ

How do I see reviews assigned to someone else?

Use the All reviews tab. It shows every review in the account, regardless of who it is assigned to.

Why isn’t the search finding my client’s name?

The search covers property address, filename, and title reference only. To find reviews linked to a particular client, open the contact’s profile and use the Reviews tab there.

A new review is at the top of the list. Why?

Curia checks for updates while the page is open. When a teammate uploads a new contract, or another review’s status changes, a notice at the top offers to bring the list up to date.
